The draw will take place at 5/95 Stirling Highway, Nedlands WA 6009 at 2:00 pm AWST on 16 December 2026.

The winner will be selected by electronic random draw from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. Each valid entry in the draw pool will have an equal chance of being drawn.

The draw will be supervised by an independent scrutineer in accordance with applicable permit conditions – if required by law. The scrutineer will be an independent adult with no connection to the Promoter or the Promotion – if required by law.

If the drawn entry is invalid, the Promoter may disregard that entry and conduct a further electronic random draw from the remaining valid entries until a valid winner is drawn.

The winner will be notified in accordance with clause 9.

The winner’s details will be published on alltradescover.com.au within 3 business days of the draw and will remain published for at least 12 months (one year). The published details may include the winner’s first name, last name, business name, suburb, postcode and state or territory, subject to applicable law and permit conditions.

The winner’s full name will be made available to any person on written request to the Promoter within 5 days of the request, where required by applicable law or permit conditions.

The winner will be notified by phone and in writing by email within two (2) business days of the draw, using the contact details provided at the time of entry.

The unclaimed prize redraw will take place at 5/95 Stirling Highway, Nedlands WA 6009 at 2:00 pm AWST on 17 March 2027.

The unclaimed prize redraw will be supervised by an independent scrutineer in accordance with applicable permit conditions.

If required by applicable law or permit conditions, the Promoter may conduct the unclaimed prize redraw on another date, time or at another location approved or required by the relevant regulator.
